Directions to HHS Building/JMU Festival Room in the JMU College Center from Interstate 81
From Interstate 81 take Exit 245, Port Republic Road. Turn west toward the University and make a Right hand turn into the University on Bluestone Drive. Turn Right onto Carrier Drive and cross the bridge (connecting the 2 sides of the campus) to the East side of Interstate 81. The HHS Building is the second large sand colored building (it actually is connected to the first building). The Festival is the round sand colored building adjacent to the College Center and just beyond the HHS building. Parking is available on Carrier Drive in lots D2 or C10. From EMU – Take 42S turn onto Port Republic Road. Before crossing I81, turn left into the University on Bluestone Drive. See above directions. You can also access JMU from Reservoir St. Coming from Market Street (RT 33 going East), turn right onto Reservoir St. After you cross Cantrell, turn right at the second light into JMU, passing the athletic fields. (The first light you pass is the entrance to Harrisonburg Crossing Shopping Center,) The College Center is straight ahead and the HHS building is to the right.

EMU meeting locations: From the intersection of Rt 42 (High St - becomes Virginia Ave) and Rt 33 (Market St), go north (towards Broadway) on Rt 42. At the intersection of 42 and Mt Clinton Pike (Rite Aid, a bank, Neighbors Convenience store) turn left onto Mt Clinton Pike. EMU campus begins along this road. Northlawn dining- go through the commons parking lot and around the back and park behind the commons.

  • Northlawn is behind the commons. You come to the north side of north lawn (kitchen entrance) with the commons on your left and Northlawn on your right across from the old part of the Commons. Take the walkway past the Commons snack bar and enter Northlawn under the porch at ground level. The meeting rooms are on both sides of the entrance way to the dining room.   • Martin Chapel is on your immediate left adjacent to the seminary building. Martin Chapel is in the second level of the building at the north end.
